Coilovers or lowering springs?

What is everyone's take on the two for drag racing/street driving? Right now I have lowering springs with Koni adjustables but seems to be too low for the street as I scrape everywhere and haven't had any experience with coilovers.

I prefer the adjustibility of coilovers. I've had mine for nearly 7 years.
