How much did you get yours for If you don’t mind me asking?
If you don't mind my asking what did you snag yours for? I am currently in the process of buying an AGM and just trying to make sure I am getting a fair price.

Congrats! Welcome to Club 1LE. The backup cam, 4 gauges, leather, etc. were standard on 2SS. NAV was an option on 1SS and 2SS. The backup cam/sensors were an option on the 1SS. Cool lights are part of the RS Appearance Package. NPP exhaust and Sunroof were options.

1LE included lots of parts. But, the same clutch as standard SS. 1LE came with a little stronger axle shafts otherwise the same basic rear-end but 3.91 gears. Check the 1LE specs page rundown at Zl1 registry dot com

"A lot" of noise/chatter from the clutch when accelerating is not really typical, if our definitions are the same. Try and compare to another manual SS or SS 1LE if you can?

The 315's will fit. The 1LE was engineered with 285 tires on all 4 corners, with the wider wheels on the rear, to greatly reduce the Camaro's tendency to understeer. You will bring some understeer back with wider rear tires.

Picked it up for 22k out the door plus tax that was offset with my trade in.

After the deal was done the dealer said he paid 25k for it on a trading for a new vehicle. But it was the end of the month and he had to move some cars

Usually when the clutch is engaged its done working. Sometimes the engaging springs will make some noised, but your exhaust can be rattling rather against the frame or flashing rather than the clutch making noise. It can be some knock from low end load that makes noise.

How many miles are on it and whats the modifications ?

Price wise: i paid 18500 for mine about 6 weeks ago with 22300 miles.
noise: it is completly normal. clutch noise as well as some diff click noise. i took mine to the dealer and several mechanics they all said normal.

there is one abnormal clicking noise though there is a TSB on that which states changing or adding washers.

Plus, i like those noises it makes me believe the parts are beefier lol.

18500k? Is that with a clean title. That is probably the best price for a low mileage 1LE I have seen. Does it have any aftermarket and was there any problems. What was it listed for?

Congrats! Gotta love those yellow 1LEs. I've had mine for just over a year now. About to hit 75k miles on it.

Clean title originally bought from JonHall Chevrolet in Florida
Completely stock and never been modded (virgin).
Only issue was knocking which solved with a tune and a minor dent in the door which i did a paintless dent repair.
was listed for 24600 USD.

How i got it this cheap?
not many know what a 1LE is around here and the owner is getting a house.

Those are factory ZL1 rockers. They were part of the 1LE concept car package in 2012 but did not make it to 1LE option production.

I got mine new with paint here: https://www.facebook.com/garyscustom/

RPI Designs has them, too.

I know a few folks who have grabbed new and used sets off of eBay from: https://www.ebay.com/str/mvcautoparts
