Pulled off my 2013 ZL1. Bought it new, put a little over 1k miles on it in the two months it was installed for. Will come with all original parts, original box, and installation instructions.

A tune will always benefit your car, even with a completely stock motor. But no, this intake doesn't require a tune to be used. It will not void any warranties.
