Camber and handling issue

Can the factory adjustment be set at 0 degrees on a 2013 SS? Or do I need to buy a kit to do that? My inner tires are wearing badly. I figure going 0 camber will help track times too.

Dude the best i could get out of the BMR trailing arms, toe rods, and Pegasus bushings and everything else rear suspension was -.5 camber. I got the Spec kit camber bolts (thought it was BMR when ordering) and those got me to 0.0 rear camber. Lesthree on here just did his more recently, he would definitely also have some input. He had said something about having to buy 2 kits, whereas mine came with 2 bolts and that got me zero camber.

Sounds more like your toe is off than the camber. Toe being out will wear your tires much faster than a little negative camber will. Sounds like you have toe out if you are wearing the insides of your tire faster.

With a little negative camber yes the tire rolls more on the inside edge but it's rolling.

With toe if the tires are pointed inward or outward they are being forced to "plow" forward like it is in a small angle skid. This will wear your tires much faster than the slight negative camber will from just rolling over the inside edges a little more.

And changing your camber will also affect your toe. So you need to have them both set together.

I had it checked after I had the toe rods and solid cradle bushings installed and it was within specs. After a day at the track I notice my drag radials were bald on the inside but still had meat on the outside. There's no cupping or feathering wear just uneven inside and outside wear. I have old alignment specs from pete that I'll have to dig up. I'm definitely going to get some camber bolts and hit the alignment rack again. I need this fixed before next track season.
