Tracking question - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Ok,
So i will be calling my dealer tomorrow to get an update on my event code since I can't seem to find it.

That being said I was promoted to event status 3400 on 3/18 then again to 3800 as of 3/24.

Being that my car was finished and VIN produced as of Tuesday 3/24 if anyone with any sort of real info could guesstimate on a delivery date that would be great.

I searched through the forums but couldn't really get a clue about from time of 3800 - delivered.

Based on my experience with the Corvette C6, I would say another two weeks to actual shipping. Bowling Green began retail production July 19 and mine was TPW August 2. All produced where "constrained" for shipping. August 17 internet buzz said trucks were being loaded abd as of that Friday my dealer had no such info. On Monday August 23 number 708 (mine) pulled into the dealership. That meant at least 707 others were in all likelihood being delivered around the country or at the Museum at about the same time. For the first produced, that would be over a month, but in the end it was all good. Hope that helps answer your question. -- laborsmith

NO CARS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. That being said, nobody can really guesstimate when someone else will be receiving their car. trm0002's car was built first day and unless I missed a post somewhere, he still doesn't have an invoice from his dealer or a ship/delivery notice. Once someone's car is delivered, pics and threads will start popping up. Mine went to 3800 last Wednesday and I'm as anxious as everyone to get their cars............patience, patience....at least that's what I keep hearing.

I was trying to plan a trip on april 16th, right after my wifes tax season at work. You guys think its possible to get it by then? I was moved to 3800 on tuesday.
