Urethane bushings? Mileage? Do they clean up well?

Only had it on for roughly 10k. Bushings clean up easily, and naturally, most ALL aftermarket uses poly bushings.
Same as the bars, easy to clean as well.

How easy is the install? I've never attempted something like this before.

Pretty easy, moderate if you are new. I got the front bar out in about 45 min and changed... the rear is like 20 min.

Yea these are more an upgrade for fe3 suspension. 1LE is already track decked out, mainly suspension wise. You'd be taking a step back honestly.
You're next step would be checking into z28 suspension, or something high end like Detroit speed/ ridetech/ jpss
