Why does Matt Farah hate the Camaro sooo much?
His review of the Camaro on thesmokingtire.com was ridiculous (try testing it on a track bigger than what's meant for a go cart....) and I'm just now watching tonight's "The Car Show" and during the last segment he starts out with "The Camaro sucks, we all know it". The other three were not so quick to endorse his POv and John Sally even disputed his POV. Is Matt Farah just a Mustake lover and thus a Camaro hater?

I don't think he needs his own show.....someone of real intellect doesn't bash but just gives it to you str8.

i agreed with everything he said..... the camaro is not a good track car. not even a good drag car. stock that is. its hard to see out of, its heavy, the suspension is soft, the stirring is a mess. i feel like my moms CTS can handle better.

Matt farah from the smoking tire, has extremly biased reviews.
He also is a terrible track driver and couldn't get any better times than my fiancee. She can't drive a manual  . I don't believe he is capable of impartial reviews actually worth something. I hope he doesn't ever get his own show. Sorry for hate. If you like him in general, than you should probably check out edumnds, motortrend, ...etc.

I noticed taht myself,the first time I saw that review on " The smokin' pole...I mean Tire. Just think about this though, he owns a c5 vette, and he said once his first real sporty car was a fox body 5.slow, so just knowing that we all know that those two are the biggest gen 5 Camaro haters!! Just listen to his review's on anything mustang,you would swear he was balls deep in a new mustang?

It's The Car Show. I quit watching after they reported the G8 and Caprice were the same car.
Good idea, and some good segments, but the hosts kill it. Carolla tries to be funny too hard, Dan Neil has some knowledge of the industry but is too preoccupied with luxury brands to appreciate mainstream cars, Farah is a tool most of the time, and I'll never know WTF John Salley is there for besides the fact that he's a car guy. Couple that with the fact that I've picked out factual errors in almost every episode...

I dont give a damn what he says. Not everyone will like the Camaro, just like some of us dont like the Mustang. Him saying its bad dosent make it a bad car. I love it, faults and all.

If everyone loved the Camaro, then everyone would be driving the Camaro. I have friends that refuse to buy cars. I have other friends who like myself refuse to buy imports. I have other friends who refuse to buy American.
You can tell any one of those friends of mine all the good about the car but for their own reasons, they won't buy it. It's all personal opinion. He just gets paid to give his.
