1) Are the black rally stripe decals shiney black or flat black?

2) I thought the rally stripe option was a dealer installed option....but in the "Delivered Camaro's and happy owner's thread", I see cars rolling off the car carrier with the rally stripes already on them?

Well, first remember that

is your friend.

Second, the black rally stripes and hood and hockey stripes are flat black.

And lastly, the CGM and White rally stripes are the only two that are "factory" installed. I put it in quotations due to the fact that after the car is built in Oshawa it goes to a different location close to the plant to have the stripes put on.... from my understanding.

Someone will correct me if this info has changed since launch, but see my answers below.

1. The only matte stripes are the thick single hood stripe and the hockey stripe. Rally stripes are gloss black.

2. Some stripes are a dealer-installed option (all colors except Cyber Gray & White for the 2LT and 2SS), and some are factory-installed (Cyber Gray & White on 2LT and 2SS).
