Not Happy with LMR sales - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I bought a LMR cold air intake last week and I opened up the box and there was no heat shrink tubing. I called that same day and was told that the piece will be shipped out, well I called back the following monday and talked to the person that I bought the CAI from and told me he would ship it overnight so I figured it would have been here weds-thurs. but no he never sent out the part asI would find out today. The reason I bought this CAI was the ease of installation and no modifications were needed. I did shop around to try and find some heatshrink tubing but no autoparts store had that size. Now when I get the tubing I am not sure if I want to put the CAI in or do I want to send it back for a refund for the hassle it's been.

Does anyone think I should send it back for a refund and get something else or should I just deal with it and install the CAI I have???

Just deal with it. I totally understand though, that kinda shiz drives me crazy too.

I would send it back , I can't stand poor customer service JMO .
