Spots inside the headlamps

I have a 2011 ls with 1000 miles on it. It has been washed a total of three times, once by the dealer. Today I noticed some splotches on the headlamp lens and when I looked closer I discovered that these splotches are on the inside!?!? Is this a warranty issue or am I able to just pop the cover and wipe it out?

And I think I posted in the wrong section. Sorry bout that.

Mine also had scratches on the outside come to think of it .They scratch very easily and I notced them whith the headlights on while installing
3m clear. I suspect they were laid down on the lens during production somehow.
