It is pretty incredible more much more aggressive these cars look when they are lowered just a bit.

So is there a new part number or something that distinguishes the new design from the "old style"? SP025 was the last/old set

No, they updated the design and maintained the same part numbers. The change was minor and can now be used on 2010-2015.

So is it better to go with just Springs or do coil overs that are adjustable? Both give the aggressive look by lowering but you get more bang for your buck performance wise with coil overs right?

If you are talking about a quality built and well engineered set, then coil overs are definitely the ultimate solution and if they are within your budget they are the way to go. However, the good sets are close to 10x the price of a set of lowering springs so you have to weight whether or not you really need them for your application. For the average Camaro owner it is probably not worth the extra money.

Depends on what you use the car for. If you don't drive the car at events or canyon carving, then you will never see the performance benefits of the Coilovers
