I had that problem once. I checked everything, and found my exhuast wasnt loud enough. Once I changed out to long tube headers and mufflers that woke up the neighbors, many of my car's problems got fixed........Including the piston slap common on the early LSx cars.

I had the same thing with my car but on a non stock exhaust..
There was a small bolt on the passenger side around the y rubbing against the exhaust. You wont notice it unless you actually look above the exhaust.

If drivers side inside check your speedometer bezel. When the noise starts place your hand directly on top of the dash above it and press down. See if it stops. Mine did this. I removed had it painted and replaced. No more noise.

This is the best way to find rattles and such inside car. Drive where you know it will make noise then press down on everything with some pressure and see if it stops repeat to verify. Now you pinpointed where the noise is.

To find exhaust rattles simply grab pipes and pull up and down or tap with a mallet to fins source of contact.

I just had the dealership do TSB 09-08-110-010 on mine for an inside vibration/squeak from the rear trim panel, is your squeak coming from the front or the back?

I had the same thing on a 2011 2 SS RS, chased it for a month or so. back to the dealer a couple time, last time one of the technicians told me he had accidently put his hand on the overhead "console" and the noise stopped, so they took it apart, tightened everything up and I have had no squeak/rattles since... EVERYONE that listened for it swore it came from the middle of the dash towards the drivers side.
Just my 2 cents

OK WELL I PUT MY HAND ON THE DASH AND OTHER SPOTS WHEN IT MAKES THE NOISE, THE NOISE DOES NOT CHANGE WHEN I DO THAT. ALSO IF I START TAPPING OR BANGING THE DASH AND TRIM IT DOES NOT MAKE THE NOISE, ALSO WHEN I GO OVER A SPEED BUMP THE NOISE ONLY COMES FROM THE FRONT ON THE INSIDE....IDK

Im telling you it could be the exhaust and a bolt... It happened to me over speed bumps if i slammed on my brakes or if i moved quickly.
