You can see the snow squall up ahead so that excuse holds no water with me!

I lived there for 40 years and can honestly say I never wiped my car out in the winter!!

the biggest problem is people need to stay off the roads when it's like that.

Wow I never understood how those type of accidents happened. Now I understand but still believe that it was the drivers fault. Hopefully no one got seriously hurt. You can see that the first driver was driving at a slower speed and was able to see the accident and avoid crashing into other vehicles. Others were just going faster than what they should have been going.

Horrible accident, people need to learn how to drive in the winter.

Here is a link to the story from Channel 4 Detroit.

Horrible accident! People driving too fast for conditions. Much like overdriving your headlights at night. I'm surprised the truck drivers weren't warned about the accident over their CB Radios.

Like I keep saying, the majority of drivers think they are better drivers than they actually are, then they get the " it will never happen to me " attitude, unfortunately most don't find out this until it's too late.
Even if you are the best driver on the road, remember you share the road with many that are far less than even good drivers.

I have always thought an 80,000 pound Tractor trailer flying down the highway at 70 plus miles an hour is way to fast. :( I think we need to go back to anything with a trailer car, trucks and semi's the speed limits "55" Sorry I know that's going to go over like a fart in church but that's how I feel. :(
