With the ******** boxes, at least the dual boxes, you can only fit shallow subs.

That is totally incorrect information so don't be spreadin lies man. Our dual box has a depth of 8.75". Certainly not shallow. I have even made custom boxes to fit a JL13w7. That sub ain't shallow either. And yes, we do offer a ported box.

No lies being spread. Asked you that in a PM and got that answer from you. I asked you if I could fit dual 12" w3v3 in your pre-built dual boxes on the internet and you said no. And the w3v3 isn't really deep either. So I'm not spreading lies "man". I'm not here to argue or give lies, just give people the information that was given to me.

Thanks

maybe free-air or infinite baffle subs may do the trick.

Strange..We can fit 12w6 easy so I can't believe I would ever say no to w3s on that particular box unless I thought you were asking about a truck box. If you look at the specs on the product page it says 8.75 which is > than 6.65 of w3 so it should be relatively obvious just comparing specs. If that isn't enough you can look at some of the pictures where you would see that we can even fit 12L7 solos which are a lot deeper than w3s too.

This this thread isn't about us per se, I just wanted to step in and set the facts straight about our product, not start any sort of argument with anyone

To be %100 percent honest, I was just stating what you said to me. Must have been a communication. You see the funny thing is, I pulled up your website at my local car audio shop and they even told me after comparing specs that it wouldn't fit. I never did compare them myself.

I plan on two 12s IB...save weight, and still get down.

Granted a single 10 ported would be louder than two 12s IB more than likely. But I think the low end rumble will go with the two 12s.

I really don't see the point in starting a new thread so I'm going to ask here since it's the same topic, relatively.

Anyway, so, I'm guessing that 2 12" D.A.D. BD subs with a ported enclosure wouldn't fit? Or am I missing something?

James, the owner of DAD (JMH AudioConcepts) of Tyler, TX, is a good friend of mine and built one with (2) of the BD10's ported. I will find out actual box size but I do know the car did a 139.2 SPL at USACi Finals with an ARC 1000w amp on them. I'm guessing, however, that he probably has around 3.0 cubes total, maybe a little more internally in the box. Both subs and vent are rear facing and I know he got it into the car in one piece. Just not enough room for 2-12's without building a really custom (in the trunk), multiple section box to get the space. One 12" would be doable.
