This is exactly why i posted this, i have always ran an ngk tr6, granted i dont know the specs for a direct injected motor, this is what every gm vehicle i have had has used to this point. I have books on nos and even quotes for "older" motors to use these plugs, but due to the newer breed of motor, i wanted to raise the question. Not looking to start an arguement, but to hopefully get everyone properly informed and on the same page. The unfortunate part is that these plugs may not be spec for our cars, due to manufacturers not making the sole purpose nos for them. The "brisk" plug mentioned , is by a nitrous dealer, that is also a dealer for the product, although it has probably been tested with nos, due to the nature of fi, it probably doesnt have any guarantee. I would be nice to have a couple options for plugs as far as manufacturers.

Bold in question is why I am waiting for a response, not wanting to start an argument either and frankly, money isnt an option for engine safetey when it comes to somethign as simple as a plug.

just wanting proper information.

would be nice since i plan to run the 100 jets saturday when we tune the car and run it. I think since ETMX183 has made over 100 passes with the autolites i will be ok.

I know a few of the early nitrous guys ran NGK LTR7IX -11 6510 iridum. which is what I ran as well, on 100shot.

not sure. I know the stock LLT plugs are a cold 6, and the ngk's are one step colder, 7.
