The C&C package is standard if you get the 2SS correct? Other than the polished wheels and RS package, everything is standard on the 2SS right?

That's right. You'll have to actually use the mp3 player/Ipod to scroll through songs, though.

If this is anything like what I have seen before, with the USB port you will be able to plug in a USB thumb drive or even a larger USB drive with all your songs on it and use the stereo controls (with the C&C package) to scroll through all the songs. This is really a great feature if you have lots of MP3s. I can't wait to test it out.

It doesnt work like Sync its basic...
Nor does it sound as rich as the true IPOD connection. I've got both in my current car....HUGE difference in quality when using an actual IPOD connection.

Wait people actually buy songs? I haven't paid for music in years.

NICE!!

This is one reason the economy is the way it is. No shot at you Sizzox.

People feel that it is not stealing. Say being on disability and then working under the table.

Getting off my soapbox now.

Didn't the government pretty much stop going after people for downloading?

And I have to say, iPod FTW. I love my 16GB touch.

If you happen to have an older version of Itunes on another computer, and another older software app that's no longer available from it's publisher, you can buy songs through Itunes, and then remove their security lock.

But i'm with you on buying MP3's from Itunes, too much of a PITA.

There is also less controversial software out there that lets you pull files off of your Ipod and put them back onto a computer.
Makes backing up files alot easier.

Iphone is the way to go. Works great in my wifes Lexus.
Didn't they just recently remove the proprietary lock on iTunes for music purchased? I heard something about it about 3 weeks ago.
As long as the Camaro will be able to use bluetooth for teh phone, I'm good. Using the mini jack and aux. is fine. You have to change songs and such with the iPhone or iPod or whatever but I usually just start some music and leave it alone.

That would be great if they actually took the lock off from Itunes music, might actually try buying from there again..

Yes they remove DRM from most of the itunes store, supposed to be removed from the entire store by summer. Smart move by Apple, with Amazon finally bringing some competition their way they needed to stop sabotoging themselves.

mp3's are no longer drm protected from itunes... so music you buy there can go anywhere now.

the pricing has been adjusted aswell... now songs are either 1.29 or .69 depending on how new/old they are.
