Z/28
PROS:
I like the wheels, but they are 1" smaller than ZL1

CONS:
1. You have to pay extra for A/C, Wtf, okay.... how much more?
2. Only 1 Speaker, wtf?
3. Manual adjusted front seats, again wtf
4. No HID or FOG lamps
5. Yes, tail lights do suck
6. Yes, hood has a dryer vent installed -it also sucks
7. No seat back pass through, this is actually a very nice feature
8. Interior sound damping mtl removed; so now you also hear the highway

I seriously doubt the sunroof and Nav will be an option
I seriously doubt it too, and hope they aren't... defeats the whole purpose of the Z/28. You don't seem to get the whole concept of this car... it's not about loading it up with creature comfort options...its about building it as a hard-core racer that is still legal for the street.

1. You have to pay extra for A/C, Wtf would someone want A/C in a Z/28 for?, okay.... how much more? Who cares?
2. Only 1 Speaker, wtf would someone want to play music in a Z/28 for??
3. Manual adjusted front seats, again wtf would someone want to add 10 pounds per seat in a Z/28 for?
4. No HID or FOG lamps
5. Yes, tail lights do suck. You should compare them to '69 std tail lights and then comment.
6. Yes, hood has a dryer vent installed -it also sucks. It would be nice if it looked different from the other models.
7. No seat back pass through, this is actually a very nice feature

Fixed it for you.

Mustang fan here saying that is one dead sexy automobile. Congrats to General Motors for hitting one all the way out of the park. The ZL is a great car.. this is beyond!

I said no criticisizms.

I'm an Engineer, I do understand the point here. Race track car bla bla bla bla... Lighter weight = better performance. However most people will buy them and use them for street use only. Just like SUVs that have never gone off-road.

I don't think people should pay a premium for less.

If you want to gut out your car to make it faster, then by all means be my guest. Go ahead and gut out your 2010 Aqua Blue 2SS, you would of definately paid much much less and will be much faster, but I bet the radio and speakers is the LAST thing you'll get rid of.

To each his own though, we're all still part of the Chevy fam. Proud GM has put out another great product! Sales will definately be strong and Stock will rise.

Definitely this car has to be for the track. If we wanted a car comfortable the SS would be a good option. It makes no sense to buy a Z28 if the priority is to find an address in the nav

Just amazes me how many people are on the ZL1 Forum that don't even OWN ZL1s yet run their mouths and make comments like they have the money !

The Z/28 is amazing. I never expected to see carbon ceramic brakes on a Camaro. I love the stripped down, all business nature of the car. People need to realize this is a summer only car though, especially with those tires.
My only complaint are the rear seats. Why keep them back there? Nobody will use them on a Z/28. The Boss 302 Laguna Seca doesn't have rear seats because they're not necessary. GM could've shed more weight....
