Still hard at it here. Back is definitely healthy and squats are picking back up. Pretty much back to normal. Feeling really good and all of my lifts just keep improving!!

Having a little fun around here? I'm down but not out! Welcome @YellowCammy, Spartan it's right I request photos for motivation purpose in people who drop and check here to give them the push to join us on this daily war to get and stay in shape! You already saw how we do it if you feel comfortable you can join too!

D! I'm glad the beast is waking up! I'm working my shoulder to get it back on track! Doing good progress so far! But my legs are ok so those get "The Burn!" Tomorrow!
