#2830 is already on EBAY!

Hey everybody... I know ebay has been discussed on here a bunch of times when it comes to dealers selling their pre-orders, but I think this is the first one I have seen from a private person. I know this one is real because I have sat in it and I posted pics of it at the dealership last week... I just can't believe someone is actually selling this car this fast... A person would probably have to give me $100K to get me to part with mine.

EDIT: The car was supposed to be getting black stripes, but I don't know what happened with that... I was at the dealership while they were prepping it for stripes, so maybe the customer called and told them he didnt want them...

How dare someone sell their own car and make a huge profit!!! What nerve.

Now if a dealer did it...

I don't have any problem with it whatsoever, I was just commenting that I was suprised to see someone willing to part with it already. I still get a warm fuzzy feeling everytime I sit in mine, and he has only had his for 2 days longer...

I have to take RPO's side on this one...why do people only bash the dealers when they do this? Think about it for a few minutes...

On the other hand, it is the person's car and they can do whatever they please with it. I think him, along with some dealers are following one of Murhpy's Laws, "It is morally wrong to allow suckers to keep their money".

If anybody seriously considers bidding on or buying a Camaro for way more than they should be paying, than they are suckers!

Yea, I guess I might have had to revise my opinion on this issue except, the consumer didn't get a bail-out and doesn't have an ongoing business relationship with GM. When their business no longer needs taxpayer funding to survive, I will agree with free market principles being applied to their new cars.

Everytime something new in the market comes out and there is a big demand for it then there will be people who will buy regardless of Price. I remember when the PS3 came out and there were people selling them left and right making 2000.00-5000.00 on EBAY while dedicated PS3 fans just wanted a PS3 for themselves.

I wouldn't be suprised if this car sales over 5oK!

The good news is, they are up to almost 3000 cars produced.
