Question about Kooks high flow cat clearance

Hey guys I have a question about the clearance on the kooks high flow cats and the floor board. My driver side cat is sitting really close to the floor board, so close I can't get a finger through between the two. I have tried adjusting it and it always seems to move closer. The only thing I can think of is I have the BMR motor mounts installed and dropped the engine the 1/4 inch. Im thinking the motor being dropped is messing with the clearance, do you guys think that can be causing a problem?

If you dropped the motor a little bit shouldn't that lower the exhaust and give it more clearance? I really didn't pay attention to mine. I just installed and played
