Anyone considering Neon?
I have often wondered how underglow would look on the new camaro. Personally, I like the idea but I dont want to go so far as to be ricy. sp?
Here are my ideas: Silver w/ Blue or purple (Primary Idea) Black w/ Blue Different States have different laws regarding neon. Here in CA there are two rules: 1. The light must be diffused, meaning the bulbs cannot be directly seen. 2. You cannot show red to the front. It is even legal to have them on while driving. |

Neons.... really?
That's just a universal thing you don't do to a Camaro... could I sound like a d*ck anymore? j/k Personally I think Neon underglows = Ricer. I'd advise against it... But you never know...

As long as you don't halfa$$ it or claim that those lights gave you an extra 20 horsepower, i wont consider it a ricer. Don't go too crazy with it or i will definitly consider it ricey, keep it clean and simple!

I want to see photoshops of this before I make any judgments. If you decide to do this, make sure no bulbs are visible.

LMAO!
Any way I think for people to just go right off and say its ricey for the camaro to have underglow is a little dumb. I mean come on it comes stock with ambient lights that will resemble neon lights on the interior with the RS package. I think neon lights can look good on all newer high end performance cars. Especially one that has this unique look. I mean picture the inferno orange with the orange interior lighting and some orange underglow. You know thats gonna look sexy as hell at night time.

i wouldn't do it on the outside but if done tastefully maybe under the hood the glow onto the engine or in the trunk to show maybe a sub enclosure. Or maybe on the interior but not on the exterior unless you build it into a show car

I'm thinking about it as well. Depends on the color scheme. They don't offer my convertible scheme so I'm up in the air about colors.
