Differences between 2011/2012 SS suspension

I was wondering if anyone has really tested out the differences of the 2 and if so, how much better is it? A lot of people claim the mustang GT handled better back when the 2010-11 were out. How does 2012 ss camaro compare to it now.

I would argue that the 2010-2011 Camaro handles better than the Mustang but it does take a little aftermarket intervention to make it happen as the Camaro is heavier. The 2012 had minor changes and nothing that would be dramatically different. The Camaro offers a better platform than the Mustang in my opinion.

Saw this post.

I think that's a good decision. I just traded my 2010 2SS coupe for a 2012 and the new suspension makes a huge difference in the way it drives and rides. Much, much better IMO. You'll love the short throw. I do.

This is a comment from a guy in the Orders section under Should I get a v8.
This is why I asked about it.

I wondered if the FE4 made a diference as I have only driven the 2010-11 twice. Fe4 has 23mm front and 24 mm rear solid bars, the rear bar attached to the outside of the shocks now and the shocks are revalved and firmer but better ride they say. I'm glad I waited for the 2012 and had the 2010 v6 first. I like the HUD, rear camara, new steering wheel, hurst shifter and interior. The adjustable passenger seat is a plus also. Didnt know it had a new tranny? Was that M6 or A6?

As far as deals i drove a 2012 black M6 no sunroof and same discount was at 36000. Mine was 37500 but has sunroof, cargo net and stripes.

A1c - was it you that had the 201 v6 then an SS? I am curious about the suspension differences, as I've got the chance to put (some) suspension parts into my 2011 v6 for fairly cheap, but only if its noticeably worth it
