Detailers

I am looking for detailers in the Pocatello/Utah area that use Adams Polishes? Yes I know it is a long shot - but still thought I would ask.

Thanks,
Ed

Ed,

One thing to consider is that many high level car detailers (the ones who are worthy paying money too) are going to use the products that are going to get you the best results possible. While some professionals may be willing to use a specific brand of product at your request (provided you provide the products) they often will not guarantee the results at this point (nor should they).

Greg Nicholas of Reflections Detailing of Utah is one of the finest detailers in your area. He has detailed everything from $10,000,000 dollar Ferraris to worked with Chip Foose personally on detailing show cars for SEMA. Greg is highly qualified and while not cheap, you are paying for his expertise in both application and product knowledge. Many of the techniques that he has used for years and years are the same techniques that people have released years later on 'youtube videos' and claimed as their own.

I'll echo what Todd said... don't concern yourself too much with what products the detailer uses but more about the quality of work and reputation he has. Afterall you're paying for a service and part of that is the expertise and experience the detailer has.... you don't bring a bag of groceries to a gourmet restaurant and ask the chef to make you dinner. As its been said many times before PROCESS is more important than PRODUCT and if the detailer you select is any good they'll have quality supplies at their disposal.

You're paying for that expertise, USE IT! Once you get the car back then you can worry about the products you want to use to keep it looking its best, but if you're going to hand it off to someone else to do the big part of the job let them use what they feel most comfortable using.

Size: 522.7 KBI was finally able to get an appointment with Greg at Reflections this week. I can't say enough about his professionalism and the time he spends with you - making sure he does what you want. He is 1st class all the way and so is his work. I am very happy with the work he performed on my car. It is better than show room quality. I would highly recommend Greg to work on anybodys vehicle, boat, plane or motorcycle. you will not be disapointed.

I saw a sneek preview of your ride on Greg's Reflection Detailing FB page. Looks as if he hit it out of the park. You could not of made a better choice.
