I'm going to get the GM CAI just because it looks so damn cool!! The Cat Back... not so much. It's nice to see that length of straight pipe though, that let's me know there's a good spot to put chambered resonators/mufflers if GMMG doesn't make a Chambered Cat Back for the 5th Gen.

BTW, TAG... have you heard anything about a GMMG setup? I remember reading something about you having something pending with them and Tom Henry. I emailed them a few weeks back and asked if they had plans for pipes for the 5th gen but never got a response.

that silver looks so good, its definitely what I want! But I can't decide if I want no stripes, or cyber grey stripes like the one at barret-jackson! On one hand the stripes give the car that extra pop and of course is apart of its heritage, on the other hand that silver looks so good without stripes -- you get a nice "clean" look!
But I did see the silver in person on a malibu and it did look as if it could use some stripes...looked a bit different than in photos, maybe a little lighter shade...but it was a dreary day when I saw the silver too, that could have done it.
Someone help my brain decide!
Opinions?

Don't get metal, LOL! Call me stupid, but I had an aluminum shift knob first, and then got a B&M Hammerhead chromed handle and that was not nice to touch when it was 100* outside. Call me a little slow...

I am gonna get them to put the original shifter in a box for me, and will see about swapping out the knob maybe, cause I think that white shifter ball looks like ass.

Might I suggest a title change to reflect the fact that the article those came from is excellent to summarize the ordering process for newbies.
