Anyone know if the rear 1LE/ZL1 end links come with the nut and bolt? Asking about part:

1LE Rear Sway Bar Endlink (2) - 22761221

The illustrations I have look at show two different item numbers for the bolt and nut, but don't list them as separate GM part numbers.

That part number comes with everything you need. Bolt, nut, bushings etc.

Did it ever start showing up? I've been looking it up like once or twice a week for the last month and never found it... Checked twice with my dealer a couple months apart and didn't find it either time...

Maybe this has been answered but I didn't see it, are the 1le half shafts and gears compatible with the ss? Has anyone done this or plan on it?

Yes the gears are compatible. The half shafts should be compatible too but no one has tried them. The wheel hubs are different but they have heaver duty bearings in them, doesn't necessarily mean that the axle shafts wont work with the standard SS hubs. That and the new hubs are on ALL FOUR corners and not just the rears.
The new drive line kit from Chevrolet Performance is a direct bolt on kits with ZL1 half shafts for the SS. It doesn't include or mention that having ZL1 wheel hubs are required to use the ZL1 half shafts, so I'd say they probably will work with standard SS hubs.

Yeah, I've never seen it come up on GMPD either. My dealer was able to see them (after updating their parts database)...but couldn't sell me a set because I didn't have a 1LE VIN # to give them. Apparently due to the back-ordered status, he had to associate the VIN with the part request in order to input an order in the system.

What part number did you give them for them to look it up? Or did you just go in and ask them to look up the part for the 1LE?

I have a 2010 V6 M6. I have been watching this thread for awhile because I want to make my car into a road course beast! I ordered the 3.91 gears using the part number in post 1 from my local dealer a few weeks ago and they sent an entire differential from a 1LE! Will this be a direct fit? They have no eta on just gears. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes, it is direct fit. They are the same differential, just different gears.

How was the cost of the entire assembly?

Thanks! So will this make the install easier? Was going to have a shop do it but is just swapping diffs something a shade tree mechanic can do?
