Go for a Prius. They make an awesome whoosh sound when driving past (who needs a rumble of exhaust). A plug in electric also makes a statement. It says, "I hug trees".
Since I check the Camaro forum every day and not the Vette or Porsche forum and most people don't pronounce Por-sche correctly I'd say the Camaro.

Let me help you here fad1 - Porsche Boxsters suck.

The Boxster is a great handling car but not a straight line speed demon. It will out brake, skippad, and slalom a base vette but a 2006 will not keep up outside a track with either a newer vette or camaro ss. Maintenance and repairs are big $$$ ( $275 for oil changes as example ) but if you dont care about costs it is a great car.

On the vette forums there is a New Jersey dealer blowing out new 2009 ( 1LT i think ) for 38-39k. I would go that route over a modded for 32k. Just my opinion.

Hard to solicit objective opinions from a Camaro forum about other cars but I am considering getting a ss as a daily driver. Probably cant go wrong with any of these really.

As much as I love Corvettes, and as well-designed and reliable as the c6 is, if I had the choice between a new car and a used car I would take the new one. You have no idea how the corvette was driven or maintained. The tires are expensive too.

I have an 07 C6, the tires are only too expensive if you buy the POS run flats. With that said, I still have the original tires... I do not beat my car and it is perfectly maintained... and for sale so I can buy my 2SS/RS SIM M6 that I ordered Memorial Day weekend!

Haha, just kidding guys

I'm 35 - and I'm OLD!

Camaro is a "younger" car though right? Since most younger guys can't afford a Corvette - thus why you see mostly older "gentlemen" driving them.

Vettes are sweet rides... but I chose the Camaro instead

I took delivery of my Rally Yellow 2SS/RS on Friday and the Vette guys have been sticking their heads out of their windows to get a glimpse of me. When I pull up near a Vette no one pays attention to it. I wouldn't trade my Camaro for any Vette except a ZR1. Get the Camaro..........you won't regret it.
