Wideband running rich

Hey guys, new to the forum. I’ve got a 2010 Camaro SS. The car has stock internals, long tube headers no cats, CAI, polluter cam package, and is a m6. I just put a nitrous outlet plate kit on it and sprayed a 100 shot. I’m running the a lnc2000 to pull timing and the winmax. Wide band showed the car running rich so I didn’t spray it anymore after 2-3 times. Before ever spraying the car ran at 12.6 AFR on motor. Now it is running at 11.5 on motor. Does anyone have an explanation as to why the AFR has richened up like this? Thanks!

I think the first thing I would check is making sure your not taking out timing when the NOS system is not activated. If by chance it is, the A/F will be richer. Also, how much timing were you pulling? Also make sure no fuel is getting past the fuel solenoid when not activated (partially stuck)

There are several tables that will dump extra fuel on your tune. Did you tune your car yourself? It might just be the cat overtemp table dumping fuel, if you are catless you can turn that off and see if you fixed it. Also like ZL1C7 mentioned, check that fuel solenoid. I haven't run into any fuel solenoids getting stuck but I have seen a couple of nitrous solenoids sticking open.

I did not tune the car myself. I’ve taken the nitrous completely off the car and it’s still running rich. I was pulling 4* of timing when spraying. It’s catless. Could an exhaust leak where the headers meet the midpipe cause my o2’s to be reading lean and making the car add fuel?

Any exhaust / vacuum leak will alter AFR. Check LTFT are they reading the same? I would guess not.
