There are other adjustments, including the torx screws by the radiator shroud, that can pull the front fascia up a little bit.

When I tried to originally install my black bow ties, I loosened these screws, which affected the alignment of my hood with the fascia.

Did you or someone (the dealer) loosen these screws?

Try re-loosening them and pulling up on the front fascia and then tightening the screws again.

Wow thank you!! That seems like that'll really work I had no idea! That would make sense because they were upfront doing the fan module recall so that's probably what happened! I'll look that hopefully tomorrow and post back.

Same thing happened to me with that recall. Took it back in and they fixed it mostly. Now it's very slightly a little too high but it may have been like that before..never would have noticed. I just can't believe they gave it back to me like it was...

These two hex screws will solve your problem. I'm guessing that when they reassembled your front end they just tightened them down. Just keep loosening them until flush as the picture shows there should be a gap under the head of the screw. Easy fix.

Well after a ton of trial and error found out the HOOD must have been taken off for whatever reason because after some adjusting of that I got it close enough..still not fully flush all around and gaps are a bit uneven but I'll have to live with it I guess.. thanks everyone.

Mine has done the same thing, although not to that extent. Would anyone mind showing me how adjust it? Many thanks.

Pretty much what has been stated here or what I did was also adjust the entire hood alignment with the nuts on the actually hood connected to the part than holds it and extends it.

If it were my vehicle and the alignment issue were traceable to either the condition at delivery or something the dealer did to the car, I would be whacking it back to the dealer to get them to fix it. those things should be checked before returning to the customer. I make it a habit to inspect my vehicles before and after a dealer visit so that I can be pretty confident if they do anything that damages or alters the appearance of my vehicle.

I have the same problem. The dealer(s) need the body shops to make the repair. I adjusted my plungers and hood latch and have it close enough not to bother me too much however, mine is off on the side gaps of the hood. I'm still waiting for the dealership to schedule me to come in for an adjustment.
Don't live with it, get them to fix yours.
