I run a MIX of E85 anyway, and the car will run on E85, but no benefits unless you
tune for it. I fill the car with 88 octane till the auto shut-off pops, then I squeeze in 2 more gallons of E85 on top of it. I have run mine on full E85, not worth it. I only use the mix to up the octane rating. There are plenty of people who run E85 on the LLT with a tune. I am using 13.5 to 14.5 gallons every 385 miles. The kit for the the LFX has a sensor that measures the ethanol content. It gets pinned to the ECU for that. The LLT engine ECU in the Camaro doesn't have that capability, but the engine is E85 capable. |

appreciate all this info man, I'll have to make a trip back to the tuner for this. ive done about everything else you can do to this engine NA, aside from the lfx intake & injectors. if i can squeeze out another 10-20hp to the wheels on e-85, worth it
