I'd love to do some videos but it's pretty hard to get the shop at the right time as I'm working and checking in when I can. But I'll try to at least get it starting. For those of you who aren't aware by builder has a concern over using the LS7 dogbone as he's convinced the chain is too loose ( he's a great guy)......no controversy there right? I'm putting a stock L99 tensioner in just to keep the peace and everyone will sleep better.
 I'm having trouble getting in touch with Ryan and I don't think he knows I added a torque converter. I'm sure Ryan's busy and I understand that, they put me through to Aaron and I guess they didn't know he is on vacation. So I was sent to David and got his voice mail and I left a message with him and unfortunately he's never returned my call. It's only been about four days so i'm sure sooner or later I get through to somebody. I won't panic until we're ready to start-up.  Jim Last edited by Badfinger; 08-02-2015 at 10:34 AM. |

Hate to thread jack but since you posted that pic, I do believe that guide may prematurely wear under that setup and cause you a bigger problem down the road when that junk gets turned into a powdery film all over everywhere.

I'm in Bowling Green too,
 but I am not staying for CamaroFest, headed to the Tail of the Dragon Monday after a Corvette Plant tour and museum visit. Have to be back home Thursday
