Issues with forced induction ?

I'm looking into supercharging my L99 SS with a whipple charger or tvs2300, headers, cam and forgeinternals to get around 600 to the wheels, My question for y'all with SC or anything similar do y'all run into problems all the time or engine problems, I just don't wanna void my warenty and then be forking out masses of money all the time to fix it when things go wrong.. So if it's done by a professional and all tuned up correctly and what not can I expect it to be pretty reliable or problems ahead ?

My l99 has been supercharged for almost 1 1/2 years no problems....

The tune and how you drive it will make all the difference.....

With the TVS, if your tune is right, you have plenty of fuel, and that fuel quality is consistant, you won't have a problem with the motor (at those power levels). The rest of the drivetrain might not fare so well though. At 600 wheel, you're looking at upgrading lots of stuff behind the motor. Back your power goals off a hundred hp or so and you'd still have a fun ride and you might get away without upgrading the rest of the drivetrain. Your choice. More speed takes more $. How fast do you want to go?

Call and ask the boys at GMPP. If you are just goint to use it as a show car you might be fine. If you give it WOT its a crap shoot at that HP and not a matter of if its a matter of when.

You have some Problems with your Wish List.

You will Void your Warranty.

600 RWHP puts you outside of any aftermarket warranty acceptance.

You will need the following to meet your goals.
2300 or larger Supercharger
L99 to LS3 Cam conversion Package with Blower cam
Long tube headers, High flow cats
Cold air intake kit.
MSD fuel pump voltage booster
10 PSI boost
Custom Tune to make it all work

I have complete turnkey packages to meet your goals.

We have a Customer in Baton Rouge LA running this set up with over 100 1/4 mile trips down the track with Lots of 10 second passes.

Ted.

If you wouldent mind could you PM me with a price for one of those packages and I'm wanting to do it safest I can no matter the price, however anything over 15k I'd rather just have henessey do it and warranty the car again
Btw. It's a DD an I'd be Capitalizing on having the power not just a show car so I would definitely be upgradeing anything in the drivetrain that needs to be upgraded,
