There's still a car show at the Holiday Inn Airport on Memorial Day weekend, right? I haven't seen any adverts on it this year, not that I watch much TV anymore. Wow, that's next weekend; I just realized... Also Snapka's Nostalgia Night on Friday the 31st?

Coastal A's and Rods must be hiding the 2013 car show, because I sure can't find anything on the internets about it, just previous years...

heres a few pics from after the body shop, gave it a pro detail by yours truly! Its lived a hard life as you put it mike, but im giving her a second chance

Next on the agenda:
1)Ordering some rear tires hopefully by tomorrow, Either mickey thompson street comps, or nitto invo's in 275/40/20's

2)Finally getting my drilled/slotted rotors put on, my hats are already high temp coated wet black.

3) tint the rear glass

4) new exhaust tips, preferably the 4" magnaflows

5) getting rid of these TSP 1 7/8's for 2" TSP headers

6) bmr split drop

and aesthetically ill be finished

aside from that im gather parts for my heads/cam/nitrous build.. already got the cam/nitrous, BMR adjustable toe rods, UMI trailing arms, LCA bushings, BMR rear drag bar (aka the anti sway bar) so its rolling out steady..car dynoed 405 N/A , been a rough road but im happy!

Car is looking good. Definitely better than when you rescued it. I like the calipers. Been debating if I want to go red or gloss black. I need to give my baby a good clay bar, polish and wax. Been a while.

When you do it , can I watch/help. I am thinking of getting a PC polisher but am deathly afraid of burning my paint.

if i had to redo it, i wouldve done it wet/gloss black. Looks so much cleaner in my opinion.

i like the whole hint of red theme, so it wouldve been more suitable. You'd be the only one in corpus like wet/gloss black calipers if u go that route.

I used g2 caliper paint, its about 50$ but dam it is LEGIT

I think they have that G2 paint in every color of the rainbow. Of course being in the military you may not want to advertise that. LOL. You are welcome to come over and watch me Clay and polish the car. It's very easy just time consuming. You'd have to pay special attention to your vinyl stripes Unless they're paint. Other than that no problem and I have a PC so you can even check that out. Ill see what your schedule looks like when I return. Mines filling up and I'll have limited time.
