Aftermarket intake tube?

I am looking to get a little more intake noise (without forced induction ). Do they make just the tube? No sense in getting a new CAI. I don't think the SS tubes would work. Might just be easier to find a welder and some tubing. Thanks!

Even if you found one that worked or had one made, I don't see there being any difference in induction noise.

Zero difference. The stock Z/28 tube doesn't have those resonator tubes that are on the regular SS. The resonator tubes tone down the sound.

Dang. I was figuring the crinkles would deaden some of the sound. Oh well, time for a louder exhaust then ;-)

No silencer on the intake. A louder exhaust is probably the better option anyway. Give us a call and we can go over some options and get you good price.
