I've heard some bad things about call quality with this phone, but general consensus is that it seems to be rectified if you use a bluetooth headset, which I do.

Well, most full keyboard phones I've used I couldn't stand the keyboard on. There isn't a single blackberry keyboard I can stand, for example. The keys are just too small and/or too close together. I like this one because it has nice, large keys and there's a gap between each key.
