IPF Tuning Supercharger for 2LS
Hi All,
I need some help so i figured I would consult all of the Camaro5 guru's. Has anyone installed the IPF tuning supercharger onto a stock 2LS? Knowing that the axle ratio for the 2LS is 2.92, and not 3.27 like on the other V6 models, should I be concerned with any of the rear setup not being able to handle the proposed 435 HP and 360 lbs./ft TQ? Would I need to swap out the exhuast or suspension? ...Or from all the other 2LS riders out there, would it just be best to play it safe and go with the CAI, Vmax ported throttle body, SOLO HFC & Catback, and a tune? What type of gains are you seeing with a similar setup? Thanks guys and gals! |

Guys are pushing a lot more than 435 with their twin turbo setup, and I believe most of them are stock. With the IPF, your going to see well over 100 HP.gain. You can always increase your rear end ratio by going to a smaller tire ratio. For example,(from 255/50/20 to 255/40/20) This is your last chance for a IPF Supercharger, you won't be sorry
