Not sure how that's much better. You want all that mess in the bag?

I cut the top off a USPS Flat Rate shipping box (11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8")
which handily holds:
2 types of Detail Spray, Tire Spray, Windex, small squeegee and I forget what else.
It fits snugly between the net and the rear trunk wall. The MF Towels are neatly folded and just sit on trunk floor.
I haven't gotten around to investing in anything more elegant for storage.

I don't want that mess in a bag, but it's better then all over the car. I can clean a bag easily. : )

I live in WA .. the extreme colds are like 20 degrees and the extreme warms are like 90, typically more like 40 in the winter and 60-70 in the summer. I don't think I am at too much risk for anything blowing up.

Yeah you might be ok. When I'm in MI during the summer there are no problems but Texas is a different animal.

I always have a 4oz of Detail Spray, Waterless Wash, Glass Cleaner, APC, and VRT with the corresponding apps/towels for use in my ride at all times. Never know when a detailing emergency might happen.

The city of Anaheim decided to point their sprinklers onto the Ball Rd. exit in the middle of summer last year. My freshly detailed and spotless black TBSS was covered in ground water and getting baked by mid day august sun... pulled into the nearest parking lot, busted out the supplies and the disaster was averted.

Although many people in that KFC parking lot thought I was nuts.

I just use a cheap plastic milk crate I got at the dollar store......... Spray bottle of distilled water and car soap to get rid of bird poop, and another bottle of just distilled water to rinse..........

Also keep other items in it. Xtra quart of oil, jumper cables, cheap tarp in case I have to lay on ground, etc............

I keep a few detailing items in a cheap "trunk organizer" from walmart...not the most rigid thing in the world, but tucks nicely in the corner, and keeps everything from rolling around in the trunk

I ended up buying the GM accessory trunk organizer for the Camaro. found a 23% off deal and ended up paying just under 100$ for it.

works perfect.
