They'll get you about 1.25" lower ride.

But they are a linear vs progressive or vice versa compared to a SS Spring and my understanding is that guys that run them on standard SS shocks/struts are very happy with their performance. Bump for a really good price...

I run them on my SS. They drop it about half an inch all the way around. 10mm front 14mm rear. They are progressive where stock SS are linear. The rates on the rears are higher and front rate is the same as SS. I like them, but I race in a straight line so I was not looking to pull 1G+ corners just improve the handling a bit.

Stock SS springs are supposed to lower a V6 half an inch so I would speculate these would lower the V6 about an inch. The spring rates would also be higher than the V6.
