does anybody know what changes were made to the 2014 LS3 425hp to make the 2019 LS3 450hp

The 2019 doesn't have an LS3. Its an LT (1 I believe)

OOps, I read that wrong. I thought you were asking how to change the LS3 to equal the LT1 power.

Higher compression for starters, not to mention that its a completely different engine
