Host Hotel Cancellations?
If you made reservations at the host hotel and are about to cancel, let us know here first. There are a lot of people looking to go that don't want to stay at a different hotel.
Yes I know the hotel has a "waiting list" for people wanting reservations. Call me crazy, but I don't trust the hotel to actually give the open reservations to us. Better to be proactive and make sure a camaro5 member gets it!

If you can't get in the host hotel there are two or three other hotels right next to it. Last year we stayed across the street at the Courtyard Marriott.

Call the hotel tell them you want to be on a LIST if somebody CANCELS for the C5FEST
