2010 Thruxton 904 Custom

I have made this bike into a giant killer. It has serious engine work, suspension work, wheels, brakes all culminating in a substantial weight loss and increase in power. You can run with the Big Dogs if ya want to! This bike is a 9 on a 10 scale!

17,725 miles on the bike, 6000 on engine refresh, 3000 on Front Suspension

Mods are as follows:

904 kit with a ported/polished/blueprinted head, 2mm larger Black Diamond SS intake valves, stock exhausts. Custom ground cams. 5 angle valve cut, all new guides/seals etc. Intakes have been bored and port matched to cyl head. BC ARK w/ K&N pods, AI removed. Iridium plugs and NB wires. Arrow 2:2 with custom baffles (have extra set of smaller custom baffles) Dyno tuned to 88 whp 71wtq.

Gorilla clutch. 520 chain/sprocket conversion (18t front & 45t rear) pulls very hard.

Carrozzeria Forged AL wheels (tubeless, yay!) w/ Avon Storm radials 120/70-18 and 170/60-17. With custom made shortened speedo cable.

Ohlins Piggy back reservoir rear shocks (fully adj), Matris cartridges in front (Compression on one leg, Rebound on the other, plus preload on both), BC fork brace. Lowered front fender.

Front brake: BrakeTech Axis Ductile Iron full floating rotor with a Beringer 6 piston caliper. This package has repeatable, non-fade, phenomenal stopping power! Includes extra set of NEW EBC HH pads.

Rear brake: stock caliper with EBC HH pads and a Galfer wave rotor.

JW Speaker EVO 2 LED Projector Headlight w/adapter and clear bra protection film installed. INSANE HEADLIGHT! The best I have ever used!

Corbin Gunfighter Seat with CF type material. Also includes stock seat.

BC FEK w/ Cateye LED light, Checkerboard stripes and Thruxton tank decal.

NB Steering Damper, 7 position adjustable

Joker Machine LED Turn Signals, LED Flasher and Diode mod.

Joker Machine Choke Knob, Gas Cap and Master Cyl Cover and rear shock bolts/caps.

Powder Coated Rear Pegs. Serrated Outer Edges on Fronts for extra grip.

Modified Side Covers (grill style openings to allow cooler air to reach air filters and IAT sensor)

BellaCorse Superbars w/ Biltwell Thruster grips, BC low rise risers, Triumph bar end mirrors and cruise control (throttle lock)

Shorai LFX18-A1 LiFePo Battery (larger capacity/cranking amps than stock)

PIAA Slim Line dual horns (awesomely loud)
