Anyone know where I can exchange foreign currency for US money? Local bank?

Currently I have 200 Deux Cents Francs & 20 francs, both issued in 1997..

Since france uses the Euro now, im trying to figure out how to go about this..any help?

can't anymore. . . all old currency that was changed to the euro is now "dead".

I tried to change my Greek dollars over 2 days past the dead line and i couldn't
