Having to coach my dealer - and they screwed up my brakes.

I have brought my car in to my dealer for the following issues - TSB's & recall in hand:

1. Driver's side ABL loss of intensity

2. Funky smell from AC

3. Loose Spoiler nuts

4. Leaky brake fluid master cylinder

5. E-brake adjustment

6. PDIM update

So far they have fixed the leaky master cylinder and the spoiler but have screwed the pooch on everything else. They can't figure out how to properly seat the driver's side light pipe, the AC still reeks, they OVER-adjusted to E-brake to where to the whole car shook going down the road at 70 mph, and they are totally clueless on the PDIM.

They have been very polite and accomidating but they don't seem to have thier act together on Camaros.

Does anyone have any advice for the above issues that would help me lead them in the right direction? More specific info on the ABL adjustment would be great, as would any experience with the AC smell.

Do you guys think they screwed up my brakes permanantly by "over tightening" the e-brake? I'm worried about warped rotors or cooked brake fluid....should I be?

Well I'm gonna give them a call to check on the car.

Has anyone had the dealer look at the driver's side ABL issue at all???

I think that the AC may be the fact that it may not be draining there was some thing on it, So it may be holding water in the car and not draining, As for the ABL some more info is needed as there is not a lot of things that can go bad its 1 LED that lights up and the pip tube is how the light gets around, And for the Leaky brake fluid master cylinder it will be back soon look after a week or 2 of driving it will be back, if you do some search on the site you will find a lot of the info you are asking about, Good luck.

Correct. Have the a/c drain repaired (known failure), and then they need to use an evaporator cleansing system to remove the foul odor.

Well guys they say they did the AC repair, but today it got into the mid 70s in houston...turned on the AC, and there it was. Same dirty gym sock smell. I think I'm going to tell them to replace the entire evaporator.
