Not looking to promising that the car will be ready.:( I started 5 weeks ago with some simple stuff and that even takes forever. WTF!

It still blows my mind how all these parts need to be made.

Based on the current weather report, the organizers and sponsors plan to make the call later today or early tomorrow as to whether we will race on Saturday or Sunday or postpone the event until April.

Mandatory Drivers Meeting-9:30
Test and Tune/Grudge-10:00
Break-12:00
Quick 8 Qualifying/Reaction Time Prize Contest-12:30
Bracket Race/Street Slayer Challenge-2:00
Quick 8-4:00
Awards-5:30
Track Closes-6:00
-#1 Rule HAVE FUN
-Sportsman/full tree will apply to the bracket race/Street Slayer challenge and the reaction time contest
-Quick 8 will run on .4 pro tree
-No electronics allowed during the reaction time contest only; trans brake allowed. In the event of a tie for the reaction time prize, there will be a heads up run between those cars and the car with the best reaction time on that pass will be the winner.
-The quickest E.T. of the day for each model will determine the king of their class regardless of when the pass was made during the event and will take home the trophy for their model. Everyone is responsible for their time slip and must save it if they believe they are the fastest car of their model.
-Street Slayer class is limited to six speed manual cars with street tires with a tread wear rating of 220 or higher. This class is heads up and running for a gift certificate.
-Any tire is allowed for all other classes.
-Staging lanes are designated by ET. This makes for better racing and more fun by keeping the passes closer.
-All times are subject to change so be sure to listen to PA announcements
-If any issue arises, please feel free to ask Travis Wester for assistance.
