Waterless wash vs. Full wash using adams kit

I recently purchased a the Adams washing kit and have a question. When do I need to do a full wash vs. the waterless wash solution? For example:

I washed my car Sunday, its rained monday and today and I keep it outside but have not driven it in the rain since I washed it. I may drive it to work tomorrow and plan on cleaning it up after work.

The question is can I do the waterless wash and have it looking great or do I need to do a full washing? Like I said it's been ouside in the rain for 2 days and driven for one day but was fully clean and shinning before the rain.

So what have you guys been doing under these circumstances, when do you use the waterless wash from Adams?

WWJD.......not you Jesus...talking to Junkman!

Just kiddin' big "J" don't hurt me.

Are there waterspots from the rain or just slightly dusty. My rule of thumb is,

If dusty a Waterless Wash
If slightly dirty a Rinseless Wash (I find myself doing a rinsless wash more and more)
If Damn its dirty a full wash

I generally advise people that if you have any doubt the car is too dirty for a waterless wash wipe down then its best to drag out the hose and buckets.

"WHEN IT DOUBT - GET THE HOSE OUT"

Being that it hasn't moved and all you're contending with is rain water spotting it should be OK, but theres no telling what might have settled on the finish over that time. Teccboxx had a good suggestion, you could knock down a lot of any settled dust with a hose and water, then dry the car using a liberal dosing of WW.... flies in the face of the "waterless" moniker, but it is effective.

Good idea, didn't really think about rinsing it first then using the waterless wash spray. Will consider that before I start cleaning tomorrow.

Yea, works well. I'm in the midst of a move so all my supplies are still packed away and my garage is not ready to detail in yet. I blasted the truck down with the hose on Saturday morning, soaked it with a little waterless and then towel dried, came out squeaky clean

SO I was extremely bored and it stopped raining so I went out and just used the waterless wash without hosing it down first and it worked great! Very happy with how easy it was to wipe down and very smooth and had a deep shine when I buffed the car after wiping it with the wash. Used one side of the blue micro fiber towel for the entire car.

Could have used a little less of the waterless wash actually, thought I needed more on the bottom area of the car but really didn't need too.

If used properly its perfectly safe. Its specifically designed to remove light dust, and surface contamination. If you recently ran your car thru a mud bog and then did donuts in a construction site then waterless wash isn't a good choice.

But if you have a buildup of dust from a few days of driving its safe to use.

It has high lubricity, encapsulates dirt very well, and emulsifies better than something like detail spray making it safe as long as its used correctly.

WW is a great product. I just started using it and it leaves the surface clean and smooth.
