Jason, thank you for your response but just wanted to clarify a couple of points. I never mentioned a LS3 (perhaps when I referred to the LFX engine, she heard LSX and assumed LS3) or had any idea that a LS3 was available in the LS model and had no idea that the E2 was specific to an LS3...both versions are showing for a 2010-2015 V6 on your website. I had inquired about the standard catch can for a 2013 LS but then started asking about the E2 because it was bigger. Plus, before calling you, I had emailed Elite with a list of questions and the response was that the E2 was slightly bigger and more efficient and that it also used the same bracket. I wasn't aware of the challenge of both ports being on the top of the can in the LFX.

I did not order it online because on your website, the E1 shows the "hockey style" and L shaped brackets (LFX) with the same part number. On the E2, no bracket is shown and no option for the bracket when ordering so I wanted clarification. I knew from the pictures that the hockey style was not what I wanted so when Kayla suggested the L shaped, I assumed was the LFX bracket. This is probably my fault because I placed the order over the phone just before closing and when I got the invoice the next day, I probably should have looked at it closer but I just relied on your expertise. I did see the L shaped bracket listed so I thought I was GTG because the bracket was my main concern.

When I received the CC from elite and noticed the hockey bracket, I called back to JDP but was deferred to Kayla and when I didn't get a return call that day, I emailed Elite and copied Kayla on the email but got no response from Kayla so I, eventually, got it handled myself through Elite after a couple of tries.

While I appreciate your offer to replace it, it's been over a month since I ordered it from you and I'm finally to the point where I can install it. If I have you replace it, I would have to send this one to you and wait for the E1 which would probably add a couple weeks and I'm over it. Granted, it might be a cleaner install but I've spent another $50 plus for fittings and hose so I can install it without hacking up the engine cover and I bought a CAI a couple weeks ago (totally different experience) so I have the room to work. I do agree on one thing you said though ... the order process for catch cans should be pretty straight forward.

Perhaps my expectations are too high (I expect to be treated the same way I treat my clients) or my business philosophy is too "old school" or maybe this is just an isolated incident. Hopefully, the latter is the case.

For the last couple of weeks I have noticed oil on the garage floor that was traced to the Elite E2X catch can assembly, thought I did have the shut off valve totally closed.

Today I removed the assembly, has about 2K miles on the setup. Found the bottom "O Ring" was split in two, hence the leak!

I am going to add a picture for clarification, of course I can't drive the car until I find one, want to purchase TWO just in case this happens again.

I don't take the can apart to drain, only use the petcock.

PLEASE HELP!

When I posted the above (Sunday at 1500 hours) I also sent a message directly to Elite Engineering. Steve from Elite responded to my message Sunday evening! We have everything taking care of. THANK YOU!
