Press embargo lifts in 2 weeks... performance test result predictions
It seems the press embargo will end in about 2 weeks. Here's my prediction for the 2010 Camaro SS 6-speed manual:
0-60: 4.5 sec 0-100: 11.3 sec 1/4-mile: 12.9 sec @ 110 mph 60-0: 115' Skidpad: .92g Slalom: 70 mph EPA: 18 mpg These results would be using a 1' roll out & applying an environmental correction factor. |

I bet your pretty damn close there
I know I'll be more than happy with those numbers I'm thinking skidpad will be 2 tenths higher though

I seriously hope the handling numbers are way up there. The latest edition of Motor Trend has the Mustang GT at 0.95g (avg), 25.5 sec @ 0.70 g (avg) on the figure eight....that is very impressive.
We're all very aware of the Camaro's straight-line performance, but it will be very interesting to hear how all variants perform in cornering. I'm eagerly awaiting the testing

Why do we think the embargo will end in 2 weeks?

Might as well throw what I'm guessing for numbers:
0-60: 4.6 sec 0-100: 11.5 sec 1/4 mile: 13.1 sec @ 108 mph 60-0: 119 ft Skidpad: .94 g Slalom: 76 mph |

And I was correct...that is a TRACK PACK GT they tested a $1400 option on the GT. Good number regardless, so is 4.9 sec 0-60 for a 315 hp car
