Yes I have a v6... But anyways I'm considering on getting a trifecta tune with ghost cam or should I go with the msd 2 step?

I got trifecta for my v6 like 3 years ago. I had "no ragrets"

Trifecta is a decent "base" tune, I used them until HP Tuners was available. If you can get a tune with HP Tuners you will better off.
