Competition is good for everyone regardless of personal preference. I hope the Mustang comes back with 400-hp at $26k, because if it does the SS will have to be cheaper as well.

Right.

agreed. But it makes more sense than leaving the current engine, otherwise they will move all of 3 units this coming year with the more powerfull challenger and Camaro to contend with.

I said "I hope," not "I bet."

And the 2010 looks so much better without the fog lamps.

I really can't see an difference in them other than the front end. Looks somewhat boring to me.

Pics of the 2010 STANG GT finally revealed , I like it though not shure if it looks as good as a Maro SS lol.. looks like a BIGGER MOTOR under that bulged HOOD perhaps a 5.0 or 5.4 , click on my link for all the new pics http://jalopnik.com/5047064/2010-for...ng-in-the-nude.

I wouldn't think that the new 5.0 would be any bigger than the 4.6. Isn't it basically the same motor with a larger bore or stroke? If that is the case the motor itself should be the same dimensions on the outside.

yeah i dont think any of the big 3 want to design a new arcitecture so i would think it would be a bore/stroke job to get the new displacement.

if you look at the gallery it shows an interior shot i have to say those gauges look old.

like something that came in a 1950's car.

Doesn't that hood have to clear the cam gears or something? I wondered why that was there until I finally saw under the hood of one of those.

Wasn't this BOSS motor supposed to come out in 2011 or 2012 or something. THAT, would be a great time to release another - *clears throat* version of Camaro (refer to my sig' if you don't know already...)

Almost looks more like a Lincoln than a Ford on the inside. I'll wait and see what's under the hood, but I'm willing to bet it's a 302.
