Dremel help please

Hey guys. I know a lot of people on this forum use the dremel, so I was hoping someone could help me out.

I recently purchased my first dremel 3000(http://www.walmart.com/ip/Dremel-300...-Tool/17617489)

So I was going to cut some plastic for a rock guard installation I was doing today, but I can't seem to get the cutting wheel to attach to the dremel. It's simply too big for the insert to fit. I attached some pictures so you guys can see what I am doing. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

You should have some addtional inserts that came with the drill that allows the shaft to go into the drill. I know mine came withe some and you need to change them out based on the size of the shaft

What ever you do don't read the manual that came with the dremel . As a mater of fact through it in the garbage . You don't need it .
