Not yet, last day at GM is the 21st and I hit Texas soil on the 26th! My Camaro follows suit on the 27th.
Gonna round out my time in MI taking the Z to Gingerman this thursday, and testing a ZL1 1LE and a Z06. Not a bad way to go out! |

Judge,
Are you moving to the Austin area. I’ve slept since then, but could have sworn you mentioned it. |

Moving to Groves, TX (you'll probably need to google that one, my hometown). Mom and Dad are moving to Houston from DFW, brother still lives in DFW (North Richland Hills) so I will be up in DFW here and there as well. |

Loved my job, it was the dream since I was young,to be there.. and I made it! Love all the 'motor city' vibes; woodward, NAIAS, back to the bricks, autofest, museums, all the local weekly shows..etc etc. Made a lot of friends, rubbed shoulders with legends and heirarchy in the business..and it was all because of their initial reaction to my passion. But, there is no shame in admitting, that A) we need to be closer to family and friends, especially with my new nephew. B) The rest of Michigan wore us thin. Weather, roads, down right dreary for months at a time, and lack of food we like lol. Im not too proud to admit that we underestimated it. So, 50/50. Job was amazing, summer fun was amazing. But family is going to take the front line for us now. |

Well, its a good place to be. Austin proper, not so much, but the outskirts are fun. Lots of great driving to be had in the hills. |

I don't miss the 100 degree days of summer though. Wimberly, and Luckenbach were awesome. |
